This project integrates several applications to easily manage corporate assets, including the entirety of the company's material wealth (facilities, furniture, hardware etc.). The main application is implemented as a website (with an Intranet zone for administrators) providing assets management tools. For instance, the system allows to view the the company's facilities, to make an inventory of its material wealth, to deduce formulae for financial estimations etc. The Intranet zone is designed for user registration and credentials management. The application is based on ASP.NET and uses a special ADO.NET-based library written by SaM to access MS SQL Server 2000 database.

Besides, additional general-purpose libraries were developed to implement import/export of .xml and .txt user files and their upload to the server, and user interface controls (special sorting lists with page panning, DHTML-trees etc.).

Logistics Manager is a workflow automation software intended to process facilities acquisition requests. Depending on the user role, an employee is authorized to manage different tasks.

Logistics Manager automates the tasks of creating and managing acquisition requests, requests processing by the logistics and accounts departments, creating spreadsheets on the processed requests, monitoring procurement expenses of corporate departments, working with warehouses and generating acquisition requests reports. This system also integrates with corporate accounts department system.
