Mobile Instant Messenger
This is a mobile communication tool designed specially for the IM networks based on Jabber, an open XML protocol. SaM's work included both server and client side. Developed for the j2me platform, the application can easily be ported onto a variety of mobile devices. This software additionally supports exchanging mobile messages with other instant networks like ICQ, AOL, MSN, etc.
A version for the Personal Java platform is also available. It is currently used with such mobile devices as, for instance, Nokia 9200. At present, work is underway to adapt the j2me implementation to the Symbian platform.
