Business Trip & Visa Manager automates the tasks of creating and managing business trip requests, issuing the appropriate documents necessary to get a visa, booking hotels for the employees, processing the requests at the accounts department, creating and managing spreadsheets on the customers, business trip expenses, countries and visa types and generating final reports.

An employee uses the Lotus Notes client to access the database, create an application and send it for approval to a corresponding manager. Once the manager is notified, the request can be approved or rejected. This system integrates both with the corporate accounts and personnel departments.

SaM's involvement included the creation of an advanced and secure web interface for the system that incorporated the entire feature-set of the legacy FoxPro application.
